Corporate Cooking Classes!
Step back in time with your staff
 to the historical kitchen at Montgomery's Inn.
We'll take you through a culinary journey
as you and your team work together to put dinner on the harvest table.
We'll divide your staff into teams,
each will be given an historical recipe - perhaps squash soup, or bubble and squeak, how about roasted chicken, with tea cakes on the side and maybe a rustic dish of apples in syrup
to tie it all together.
Oh, and let's not forget the Shrub!
A delightful beverage of wine and brandy.
You and your staff will prepare your dinner
over the open hearth  using cast iron kettles and skillets,
all with the convenience of up-to-the-date 19th century utensils and of course, candlelight.
When your cooking is complete,  you will adjourn to the original barroom to feast upon your labours and share your new-found food history knowledge.
