A History
of Hospitality!
Historic Montgomery’s Inn In 1830, Thomas Montgomery offered guests a place to call their own. Some things never change!
Montgomery’s Inn Museum is the perfect location for your next gathering.
Whether it’s a private function, business meeting or a staff get-together, The Inn offers unique spaces at reasonable rates. A Special Welcome to Montgomery's Inn!
The historic part of this building was a prosperous country Inn until the late 1850s. After several owners and a variety of tenants, the Inn became a museum and community
centre for all kinds of events and programs that celebrate the history of Etobicoke. Today, we extend the tradition of hospitality that Thomas Montgomery started in the 1830s when he opened his establishment.
So come be a part of history! Be sure to pay the museum a visit when you use our facility, and don't forget our new gift store, full of one-of-a-kind and locally-made items.
We have three distinctly different venues open for your use.
In the modem part of the building, we have the Brlarly Room with expansive views over the park and Mimico Creek.
For a cosier atmosphere, the Community Room has a fireplace that hearkens back to the 1800s.
Under very special requirements, the restored area of the Inn is available for certain
functions.
